When = C7*$B$3 is copied to a cell directly below an active cell using the fill handle, the C7 cell reference will increase to C8 and the $B$3 will increase to $B$4. Adding information directly below an active cell using the fill handle results in +1 increase of the information filled below compared to the one above it.
