We have this expression:

Let's substitute y = 1/4 into this expression.

[tex]\frac{15}{\frac{1}{4}}[/tex]

Multiply the top and bottom by 4/1 in order to get rid of the double fractions.

[tex]15(\frac{4}{1})=60[/tex]
