Here, take any points (0, -2) ((1, -6)
Now, slope (m) = -6 - (-2) / 1 - 0 = -6+2 / 1 = -4

Now, y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - (-6) = -4(x - 1)
y + 6 = -4x + 4
y = -4x - 2

In short, Your Equation would be y = -4x - 2
