I believe the solution to 18 is Oxygen, while for 19 it would be that atoms of the same element have identical masses, this is not necessarily true because certain elements can exist as isotopes of the corresponding element, and as a result of different number of neutrons for the atoms, they altogether posses a unique and or different atomic mass.
