It depends and I’ll provide you with both perspective.

Yes = it was justified because the Japanese refuses to back down during WW2 and the only way to end the war was to launch the atomic bomb.

No = Many innocent lives who lives in Japanese were taken away by the atomic bomb and destroy the Japanese economy greatly.
